Guess what? In May of 2009 we decided to take a cruise. Bet you didn't see that coming! Because of the swine flu scare in Mexico, the cruise we were originally going to take was totally changed. We were planning on going on the Carnival Glory out of Port Canaveral but the change in itinerary was totally different from where we wanted to go. The cruise line switched us to the Carnival Legend out of Tampa. This was going to be great because our favorite steward Agnieszka was on the Legend. In emails to her we discovered that the day we were signing on the ship was the day she was signing off for her vacation going back to Poland to visit her family. We did manage to visit with her for a few minutes in crossing. This itinerary was very close to where we wanted to go originally. We visited Grand Cayman, Belize, and Roatan Honduras. The only port we missed was Cozumel so it was not too bad.
